Financial Inversion Part 2

FINANCIAL INVERSION II

Thank you for joining us on the second part of this sermon series, I want to believe that after reading the first part of this teaching you have no doubt in your heart that riches meant for you are in a reservoir that God is about to give you access to; that God is ready to transfer wealth into your hands and the hands of everyone who will support the gospel, who have passion for the poor and the cheerful giver who desires to make a difference! Hallelujah!

Our main scripture verse is Prov. 13: 22 – “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.” And from this text, as we learned last week, what qualifies a person for this inversion of wealth is being righteous – like Mordecai, Joseph and Daniel. Righteousness converts slaves and captives into rulers, kings and controllers of tremendous amounts of wealth!

THE RIGHTEOUS HAS ACCESS TO ALL THINGS

Enough of Christians thinking that the church is a poor house, we must know, believe and receive the truth that God has given His children everything to enjoy! Putting our trust in God gives us access to all things!

I Tim. 6: 17 says “Charge them that are rich in this present world, that they be not high-minded, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy.”

Rom. 8: 32“He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things?” God made everything before He made man, before He made you – He made everything so you can have possession!

If God had not thought about you and blessing you, why would He make everything possible and available before making you?!

John 10: 10b – “I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” Our God is a God of more, a God of abundance! We have access to abundance!

Prov. 3: 10 – “So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy vats shall overflow with new wine.” Our God is a God of overflow! We are qualified to receive overflow!

Psa. 115: 12 – “The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us.” God is thinking to bless us, not punish us! We are on God’s mind to be blessed!

The righteous has every right to demand for what is his! Demand for your blessings; “I must experience overflow!” Jabez laid a demand that turned around his trouble, affliction and sorrow! He spoke his own story around; He demanded that God bless him indeed and God heard him! We must ask God to bless us indeed – enough of expressing that “I’m blessed”, it is time for demonstration, a demonstration of God’s blessings! It is time to enter into the realm of overflow, of more than enough, of an exchange of signet ring and the transfer of wealth! Your storehouse is about to be filled up!

RIGHTEOUSNESS – GOD’S STANDARDS THAT QUALIFIES

In every dispensation, God has a standard that qualifies you as righteous; in Abraham’s time, God instructed him to leave his father’s house and Abraham obeyed – that single act of obedience qualified him for the sinner’s wealth that was transferred to him. Because of this obedience, Abraham on his journeys was given wealth by Pharaoh and king Abimelech – both kings tried to take his Sarah as wife (Gen. 12 & 20), but Abraham came out of both situations with more wealth than he had when he entered the lands of Egypt and Gerar. These kings had been storing up wealth – wealth that Abraham came to acquire because he obeyed God by leaving his father’s house!

Job, in his time, was upright, feared God and turned away from evil. Because of these qualities, he was the greatest of all the children of the east (Job 1: 1-3). Job was the greatest – he had sons and daughters, owned thousands of livestock and had a great household. Job was a child of God and he was the greatest (– this proves the fact that being a child of God should not leave you at the bottom; holiness is not synonymous to poverty!) God was so proud of Job and his qualities that He bragged about him to the devil (vs. 8).

If we meet the requirements for righteousness like Abraham and Job, we are qualified for the kind of blessings that bring increase. In verse 10 of Job 1, the devil described how God blessed the work of Job’s hands and how the blessings caused for his substance to increase.

The standard for righteousness in our own time is to believe in Christ Jesus and all that He has done for us on the cross and accept Him as Lord and Saviour – this is the New Testament requirement for becoming upright, blameless and righteous!

Back to the story of Job, the devil wanted to prove to God that Job was not brag-worth and decided to afflict him with many afflictions; Job lost almost everything God gave him in just nine months! The devil tried to make it look like God was taking back all He had given him, but John 10: 10 tells us the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy. Dear reader, please learn today that the person stealing from you, killing what is yours and destroying what you’ve got is the devil not God, God does not take from you what he has given you! The thief that was stealing from and destroying Job was the devil! BUT there is good news in Prov. 6: 30, 31 says “Men do not despise a thief, if he steals to satisfy himself when he is hungry: but if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; He shall give all the substance of his house.” Satan, the thief, stole everything from Job and thought that would be the end of Job, but in chapter 42 v. 10 God restored to Job all he had lost twice as much!

Everything the devil or any human has stolen from you, today begin to receive restoration – restoration of years and wealth is your portion in the name of Jesus! Joel. 2: 25. Even as Job experienced restoration, receive all you have lost! As God blessed the latter end of Job than his beginning (ch. 42: 12), your end shall be bigger and brighter than your beginning in the name of Jesus! The activities of Satan the thief are over in your life! Receive your seven-fold restoration today in the name of Jesus! Receive the wealth that is coming to you! The God of exceedingly, abundantly and above only is coming to bless the work of your hands! The Lord Himself, the same One that provided a ram in place of Isaac for
